The AC would not work! We opened all the windows but the air never seemed to come into the room. That is when I noticed how hot the room was. So back to the room we went to get back to sleep. Kids dazed and rushing to grabbed things I was out the door only to discover that it was a false alarm. But we made a trip to the pool for the kids instead (which just meant that mom and dad had less relax time on our road trip) The evening really went down hill when the first fire alarm sounded at 11:30pm. But once we got there we found out that the Jacuzzi was broken and that they knew it was an issue when we reserved the room (but they didn't tell us) That was a big bummer. We reserved a king suite with our kids to that they could play in the jacuzzi while we lounged in the room.

Every time we return it gets worse and worse and this time was no different. This used to be our favorite vacation spot. And it was a horrible horrible experience. All I wanted to do was have a little fun. I have lived here for a long time and I have finally given up on this casino. To the people that reply to these comments, you want a better review, loosen the machines. So keep that in mind when you go and you put your money in that slot machine, you're basically giving them a donation. They could loosen those machines and allow people to play for a few hours if they really wanted to, but instead they've refurbished everything in the casino, carpets and new machines and they are redoing one of their restaurants. I am telling everybody I know to stay away from this tight casino. They completely ruined my mojo, would not tell me why they were doing this. I went to sit down at a slot machine, put in my last $20, all of a sudden a man in a suit and someone else came up to my machine and put their cards into the players club slot. Losing your money over and over and over again is very disheartening. Indian casinos do not have to follow the same rules for a return player payout like Las Vegas does. I was at a machine and I won 45 free games. Guess what it has nothing to do with luck. When you write a review saying that the machines are tighter than anything I've ever seen in my entire life as a slot machine player, they write to you better luck next time. I go to many casinos, why did I bother stopping by here, I have no idea.
